Hotel is very near Ximending & staff were friendly.
Room too small for 3 people. There is not enough space for 3 luggages & extra bags. Very noisy. We can hear people talking when they walk past & while waiting for the lift

Central location, right beside Ximen MRT. Excellent staff, very nice and helpful. They provided me with a surprise birthday day cake, very appreciate that. Room and hotel are very clean. The hotel doesnt provide breakfast but theres a coffee room with free coffee and soft drink.

The staffs are very nice and friendly as they took prompt action example when one of the room lighting cannot switch off, the next day they changed us to a new room. The room is clean and well maintained, including the pantry area. Pantry area located at basement was a good gathering place for people to buy back food and enjoy eating together. There is also laundry and dry cleaning machine to use.
Personally its me who dont really like bathtub hence finding the toilet too spacious. For elderly who cant really walk far, although this place is near ximending, still require a 10 min walk to reach, crossing 3 traffic lights.

Great location near stores, markets, and mrt/buses. Hotel has wash machines in lower floor with a community kitchen. The staff were very professional,friendly, and always available for providing information.

The location is great, really near the train exit. There's 7-11 and family mart nearby. Best thing is even though it's near Ximending, the hotel is at the quiet side of the area so it's peaceful. Got self service laundry area too!

Excellent customer service from the reception to the house keeping staff. House keeping even organised my charging cable that was strew all over the table. Room was clean and neat. Laundry facilities in the hotel. Every detail was thought about from washing powder to Laundry nets for intimates. I like that there were pen and paper for you to write your room details, time you used the washer and dryer, in case you need to be contacted.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Biscuits were available in the room for free. Beverages, both hot and cold, were available for free too at basement lounge that includes dining tables and chairs, couch, TV as well as laundry area with washing machines and dryers. They even provide instant noodles during 10pm - 12midnight for hungry travellers. Location is great. conveniently located within walking distance of Ximending's MRT exit 3. and Ximending street is less than 5 minutes walk away.
