It is near a convenience store, a bank and bakeshops. Right across is the Ximending Area. Our room is always cleaned. Room is not that spacious for a family of almost 4 adults, given our luggages but workable. T&B is really spacious. This is the first time we had a room without windows. The windows are frosted as it is part of the T&B, natural lights still comes through, didn't feel enclosed at all.
A little bit more of space would do for Family Rooms.

Free washing machine, dryer and steam iron though we didi not use the service. Also good selection of coffees and free cup noodles at 10pm including vegetarian option cos we are vegetarian. The hotel lobby also has a weighing scale to weigh our luggages & purchases to be checked into the plane. The 2 ladies at the reception were also very helpful when we asked them for directions to places and vegetarian shop/ restaurant. I only managed to get one staff name which is Ms Elaine, she even wrote the name of the places which we are going to be given to the taxi drivers. Excellent service keep it up.
The bedroom too small while the toilet is too big. Should make the bedroom bigger instead. Too few hanger hooks in the toilet and bedroom to hang clothes. When we enter B1 dinning area has a musty smell which came from the laundry room dryer. The laundry room door should be closed instead of open and so that the exhaust fan in the laundry room can suck out the musty smell from the dryer.

Love the convenience going to Ximending Night Market across the street and surrounding has so many food choices as well.
The room size was smaller than I expected but for the price, I guess it was really good already!

For that price, the room size is okay...kind of small for 4 of us but bathroom size was great for family size. No complains because generally everything was there and clean. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Downstair waiting room was so nice since we arrived so early before Check-in time..Free Sweet tea, snacks, and Cup of Noodles too! We had a good time during the stay especially we walked across the street to Ximending Market and that was great because we have not been back to Taiwan for 8yrs and missed all the great Taiwanese foods! We would love to go back soon again :-)

The staff were really nice and accommodating. We enjoyed the free coffee and noodles.
Location was great too, no need to walk far to the station. Also, Ximending Night Market is close by.
The walls are too thin. We could hear the people outside talking and dragging their luggages.

The location was amazing. It was a 2 minute walk from Ximen station and 5 minute walk from Ximending.
The toilet could not flush despite us telling the staff multiple times. The staff were very helpful and did their best, however, also was told that we flush too much toilet paper which we did not think was the case. We often had to flush the toilet multiple times and even then, there was residue. The room for 3 people were also extremely small, we had 6 luggages and we had to open and close them respectively because we did not have space to leave them open. The sound proof in the walls were also quite poor. We could hear clearly others’ conversations or the toilet flushing/someone showering next door. The noise definitely was prominent.

The location was super convenient, just right next to the metro station. Staff were very friendly, we received recommendations for activities in Taipei such as which night market or nearby villages to visit, thank you Luna! The room and bathroom were clean, the toilet seat was an experience, but well maybe that's standard in Taiwan.

The best decision when you go to visit Taipei is to stay at this hotel! The staff are super nice and helpful, reception open 24 hours, clean rooms and great location. Highly recommended!

The hotel's just about 3-5 minutes walk from both Exit 3 and 4 of Ximending station. There's a common area in the basement with laundry and dryers which we can use for free, hot drinks machine etc. There's also complimentary instant noodles for supper which you can get at the reception counter. Water dispensers are available at the lobby and also at the basement.
One, the coldness of my room as the air conditioning system did not have a heating function and the winter cold gets in via the bathroom's window despite it being shut. I switched off the aircon system to bring the temperature of the room up for sleeping at night. Secondly, the pillows are not fantastic either, but the bed was clean and decent.
