The location was quite good, around 15 minutes walk to the closest metro station as well as the train to the airport. The room was spacious, especially the bathroom. The internet speed was good. The breakfast was amazing with many local delicacies, and it was also slightly different every day.
Our room on the 7th floor had no window, which made the room feel claustrophobic despite its great size. In addition, the gym on the 11th floor is tiny, equipped with only two treadmills, three bikes and one bench. There are no free weights in the gym and no machines for body building, really nothing.

The guy in the front desk was very polite and speaks cantonese. I checked in after midnight, but the guy was very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. I add breakfast and it was very good.
I don't like that through booking.com, i can't book any two-bed bedroom but only single bed room. However, i found the two-bed rooms were cheaper on another platform and also breakfast were included.

Gym was very small and only has a few machines e.g. treadmills and cross ramp. No weights or dumbbells In the room should have some extra pillows and the pillow should not be too soft and thin

Big Room , comfortable bed , staff very nice . A mention to RAYMOND that is always the best you can have in a hotel . Nice lobby with free coffee and tea .
Corridors carpets are really dirty , spots everywhere and humidity . Looks like a horror movie . Dehumidifiers working 24h . Mold in some corners of the bathroom and dirties details such reading lamps . The rate doesnt correspond anymore to the quality offered . Wallpaper very damaged .
