The location is 4 mins walk from Beamer station. There is a 7-11 downstairs and family mart across the street. It’s walking distance to Ximending and Da dao cheng . The room is on the smaller scale. You probably can’t leave your luggage wide open at all time.

The location is excellent. It’s a 5 min walk from the Biemen train station. One train ride from Taoyuan airport. Also walking distance to Taipei City mall, night market where you can find the best street foods. 7-11 is right next to it!
Comfortable bed, staff are very helpful and accommodating. Being able to leave your
luggage after check out is a real plus! If we come back to Taipei, will definitely stay here again!

Location is within walking distance to Ximending and metro, Taipei main station so accessibility to places good. Convenience shops, eats close by. Staff were helpful. Wi-fi seemed good.
No wardrobe/space for clothes. No window which isn’t big issue but lack of light could be issue if long stay. Aware only curtain to bathroom, but the bed is like a foot from the toilet so a little awkward! Walls were incredibly thin, which is awful (if like us) you are close to the maids cupboard and unfortunately we had terrible neighbours who chose to have 6 consecutive showers at 2.30am in the morning!

The staff were great - very helpful and friendly. The location was also close to a couple of stations, so had my choice of train lines and bus routes as well.
As in other comments, the lifts were pretty slow and the wifi even slower.

small room, creaky bed, but very clean, bed made daily. Location was great can walk to Dihua district, metro, riverside and Ningxia night market. However their window room is very noisy if you keep the window open. I don't like their 3in 1 coffee, their coffee machine in the lobby is not practical as there's no cups provided. You would have to go down with your own 125mL cup twice to get your regular serve of coffee without sugar.
Coffee, milk and sugar should be provided separately. Bigger room, better bed, another mirror outside the bathroom, and more than 1 chair in the room.

The room is clean and bed is comfy. The shower in bathroom is good and toilet is clean. The hotel is closed to the Airport MRT station. This is an excellent choice of hotel for catching up the train to airport for an early morning flight. Overall, it is good place to stay for a short stay.
The sound at the hallway outside the room is quite noisy from 7.00-18.00.

The location of the hotel is fantastic—conveniently connected to both Beimen MRT and the Taoyuan Airport MRT. Besides this, good local restaurants, cafes, 7e & Family Marts are also located nearby the hotel.
The staff were amazing and incredibly friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate us and made sure we had the best hospitality experience.
We wished they had provided basic amenities like toothbrushes, and the room was definitely on the smaller side.

Room and amenities were generally clean. Air-conditioning works just fine in the hotel. Location is about 5min walk from Beimen metro station, and there is a convenient store located just below the hotel.
Check in and check out processes were fast and seamless.
1. The TV seems to be old - the remote control didn't work most of the time
2. The staff informed me through booking.com chat that slippers were provided at the hotel but it turned out they were not when I enquired the lobby staff.
3. Room insulation was not the best - I could hear the traffic along the road, and also the sounds from the room next door, although they weren't loud
4. Personal preference - the room only provides 2 hangers so it can be inconvenient if you have more jackets to hang
