I really enjoyed my stay here. The amenities were a great touch—free coffee, tea, juices, ice cream, and snacks throughout the day. The room was cozy yet spacious, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The location was also super convenient, especially being right next to an amazing beef noodle restaurant. Would happily stay here again.

The staff was friendly and the room was good. Breakfast was also good with a good environment.
The light switches were strange and sometimes didn’t work. There was also no good light near the mirror in the bathroom. This made shaving a little bit difficult.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was included with our rate and was nice - not great but pretty good. The staff was friendly and allowed us a later checkout.
The WiFi was inconsistent and had to be reset multiple times during our stay. Staff was helpful and always resolved the issue. The bed was also quite short. As a 6ft tall person, my feet hung off the end.

Wonderful
Funky hotel (in a good way) in a really nice location. Easy walk from a subway stop so we just rolled our bags -- no taxi! -- to the hotel. Breakfast was great. I thought the price was really attractive.
Rooms were on the smaller size but still "big enough". Really couldn't find a place to unpack our suitcases so one of them remained opened, on the floor.

There’s a problem with the relationship with the downstairs bar the weekend because it’s a very popular bar and it’s ownership is different but as the only functioning bar in the hotel, it should give the hotel guests some guarantee that they can get a table, but it’s always fully booked to outsiders. It’s very strange that a hotel bar cannot cater to its own hotel guests

Feels new and clean. Well maintained. Service was great with friendly and helpful staff.
The location is on a quiet street off the main road and it’s about a 10 mins walk to the train station. While the room is comfortable the mattress can be better.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Always greeted us before leaving and when we return. Also upgraded one of our rooms as we wanted to be on the same floor which we appreciated. Honestly they made our stay better. Very comfy rooms, though some of the furniture could be updated (wear and tear). The location was in quiet neighbourhood, about 10mins walk to the metro. Will def stay here again if I visit Taipei.
One of the staff who works at the breakfast area was unfriendly which we find surprising considering all the staff was so friendly. Never greeted back when we say hi or thank you (which we did on separate occasions). But we did notice they were friendlier with Caucasians. The other staff member at the breakfast station was great though.
