The hotel is in a good location and the room itself is modern. The water pressure is amazing for the size of the room.
The building of the hotel is old, so the elevator takes forever. The bed is extremely hard and was so hard to sleep.

The location was perfect to get around the city. Easy access to to transportation especially the MRT. Comfortable temperature with air con.
The beds were very hard and it was difficult to get a good night’s rest. I live in China and the beds were even hard for China standards. The price was a bit high for what you get: small room and very basic amenities.

The location is hard to beat with it being across the street from Yong Kang street. There is so much to do right around the hotel. The hotel has a small cafeteria that becomes a coworking/hangout spot after breakfast service. It is quite comfortable as a business hotel. The lobby staff were really helpful with the requests that we needed.

Located above exit 8 from Dongman MRT station. The entrance is down the street to the left of the post office. They organized a taxi to the airport for us at a good price.
Seemed a bit impersonal. Thought it was a bit expensive.

Convenient location.. Easy access to public transportation. Nice area . Has everything in walking distance. Lots of restaurants, shopping , parks etc.
The room accommodations appeared larger in the photos than they actually were.

this hotel is literally right outside exit 8 of the dongman station MRT on the redline. SUPER convenient. there's also a 7-11 a block away, amidst the regular morning market. great food and eating options within walking distance. the room was on the smaller side, but that is to be expected in downtown Taipei. while smaller, the layout is very efficient and comfortable.
the only downside is having 1 elevator servicing floors 1-12. but again, i feel like that is to be expected in a small downtown taipei location.

The card reader does not work well. Please replace it immediately. Also, only 1 elevator for the whole building so there was at times a 5min wait.

Breakfast is nice.
There is room key lost charge. For security reason, most of hotels will not request the return of room keys. I only return one of two keys and need to pay penalty fee. The policy should be stated clearly or post next to key slot to enable power in the room.

Convenient location, clean facilities, right next to MRT, a short walk from Daan Park, buffet breakfast is also available, staff are all friendly and helpful. Thank you to Jaynie and the team at reception. Would stay here again.
