The facility is clean and spacious even for our family of 4 in one room. The breakfast was incredible and the staff were friendly and professional. We stayed in three facilities across Taiwan, and this was by far our favorite.
Every morning there was an odd sewage smell in the hallways that was NOT in our room so no big deal.

Very clean with modern facilities. The family room was spacious with two big double beds. I also liked that the room had a Nespresso machine. We had a great stay as family

Breakfast was a good, but a bit vanilla for our liking.
Our room was a bit dirty, however we alerted the front desk and by the time we returned from dinner our eoom was pretty much spotless.

Big space to have two big beds. Big bathroom with shower and bath tub separate. Very clean. Bathing gel is good quality. Coffee is from Mr Brown. It is around 5 mins walk to metro. Coin laundry is a great bonus. And I will definitely go back again.

Great location with Metro station few minutes walk away. Convenient stores and places for food. They have a coin laundry on the 3rd that opens from 7am to 9am which is great. The hotel is clean and lots of space in the guest room. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Great place to get a good night rest after a long day of sightseeing.

Clean rooms and big room. Water pressure great for cold nights in Taiwan in December.
Location was great. You can walk to many places.
Hotel does not provide any bathroom amenities so make sure and bring your own. They provide 1 bottle of water a day.
They have a washer and dryer on the 3rd floor which is very handy traveling with kids.
Breakfast we didn’t try but I saw many messages not worth the money.
Staff was ok. Not super friendly but professional.
We asked for a late check out and the lady behind the counter flat out said no without even checking with her boss or if it was possible. And we spent 4 days at this hotel.
Hospitality industry in Taiwan is not the best. I work as a FB Director in Bangkok for 5 star hotel so I can say Taiwan has a long way to go to be considered a tourist destination spot. Overall I would recommend this hotel. It’s small but clean and charming. It’s expensive for what you get but it seems like Taiwan hotels are all similar to this price for hotels in this range.
Could use more friendly front of the house staff. Room service could be added.
Their restaurant downstairs could be open for all day dining and a great place for coffee and afternoon tea. But it was closed after breakfast and opens for dinner.
