The property is rustic but clean and half block from train. The staff was very helpful. Went to hike the caoling trail and tauyan valley for white grass and views.

Great location. 30 seconds from the train station, close to beach and in town. Close to restaurants and shops. Basic facilities but is a great place to stay. Very friendly helpful host; he brought me and my family on a hike to a water fall on our last day. Great coffee and nice breakfast.

The room is simple but perfect for the price, The shower is separated and all nice.
The breakfast consist of a warm sandwich and a fantastic 'Italian style' coffee. The owner is a super nice person, she cares a lot.

Very Good
The location was excellent, and we found the room, floor, and linen to be clean. There was ac. It's an ideal choice for a family looking for an affordable place to stay for the night. We were also grateful that the owner allowed us to park in front. Moreover, the proximity to the train station and convenience stores like 7-11 and Family Mart was a plus.
Trucks pass in the night but unexpectedly lulled us to sleep.

It was quite near the train station, the bus stops and, in particular, the beach.
The bed was a tatami type with no chair and table provided. It was a bit inconvenient for us to relax and have drinks in the room. It also took us quite sometime to turn on the TV, as the only staff there had no idea how to turn it on.

Location, mattress is soft, breakfast is perfect. tv is good. the airconditioner works well.
noise from outside, sound isolation, toilet is a monster.
hard to identify if this is a hostel. downstair is messy.
showering room is a bit small.
there is no chair in the room you put all stuff on the ground.

Location is great, owner very helpful and speaks English. Coffee menu and breakfast is good. Room basic but ok. Sustainable bathroom products.

The property have a great location, 1 minute from the train station and about 5 minute from the beach.
The room is simple but comfortable, and the breakfast was included in the price.
The bathroom could use a little more amenities
