The staff were accomodating and friendly. We also liked the free refillable drinks and snacks.
Our rooms smelled like cigarettes and the aircon was not cold enough because of the centralized aircon throughout the hotel. The only upside to the warm rooms was that we were provided electric fans when we requested for them.

The triple room was very small with barleyspace to walk. The twin bed was at ground level and really uncomfortable cause it had wheels underneath so it was really annoying that it moved when I was on it.
The frondesk ladies were kind of rude and not patient with non-chinese speaking people. Also not willing to help.

For those who don't need a beautiful view from the window, everything is good. It's worth the price. It's close to Ximending, you can walk around all day. It's also convenient to go to other places. But the last time I stayed, the floor smelled like urine on the floor. It smelled like ammonia. It was very bad. But the male receptionist downstairs provided good service. The housekeeper was nice and cute.

A very good place for checking out all of Ximending. My booking was last minute, and I ended up in a smoking room. This was a real downer as by the time I left I was infused with smoking smell. If you do not smoke MAKE SURE you ask about the rooms that they are NON smoking before just booking.

The location is great! Shops, restaurants, underground, taxis.
NO STORAGE and ROOM very SMALL. If you like living out of a suitcase on your travels then this is ideal. I personally expect a wardrobe space, or even drawers to place socks, briefs, T-shirts etc. YOU get nothing .. I had to keep everthing in my case and slide it underneath the bed each time I needed something because there me no floor space.
when I asked for another room with storage I was told “if you don’t like it, then leave!” .. with no refund!!
