It’s not really worth the money, specially if you only go one night to relax. It’s a very family oriented hotel, staff is super friendly and easy going. Shoutout to the housekeeping staff, she was very welcoming. But all in all, the hotel doesn’t offer much besides the hot spring if you’re an adult. Rooms were ok, no special anything really… and for the price, I’ve had much much better but I think you could expect more than just “a room” and breakfast. Would look elsewhere if you’re a couple trying to chill for a night or two.

the room was clean and neat, the hot spring pool was big and spacious, the amenities were adequate
the mattress for the tatami room was too thin and hard. it made sleeping uncomfortable. the tatami room was a little tight, when we came in with 2 medium sized suitcases, there was literally no space to walk

The room was great well isolated and cozy. Service was fast, good location for beitou main attractions.
There was no information about the facility placement at the hotel, when checking in they also didn’t inform me about anything, I had to find out myself. The metro station is quite far.

It is a great hotel to stay if you go Beitou or Xinbeitou The onsen available inside the room is so convenient. Public pool available and lot of facilities inside. An indoor swimming pool suitable for family with young kids. Very convenient to get the bus pick up at Beitou station. Staff is very friendly. The bus driver is very helpful and friendly. Thank you. I will recommend you to stay there.

The property was beautiful. They upgraded our room to a room with the private onsen and we loved it. It was nice to run a bath with the hot springs water and relax after a long day of exploring Taipei. We also enjoyed utilizing the public hot spring which included 5 different hot spring baths with varying temperatures. They also had a swimming pool and an area you can do VR but we just didn’t have the time to utilize those amenities. Beautiful scenery around the hotel too.
The location was a bit out of the way from everything. Required either a taxi or the hotel shuttle bus which comes once an hour to pick up guest from either the Beitou or Xinbeitou station.

I love the hot spring tub, the beds and pillows, and the small little place for us to have our tea and meals. and last but not least the gaming area and swimming at level 1, that's the best!!!
The steep and narrow slope with two way traffic up the hotel is the most interesting part, to test my driving skills.

The staff is amazing, they helped us book a tennis court and had excellent communication skills, the room was excellent, clean, and comfortable
The public baths are outdated, the texture of the baths are very strange. The temperatures of the cold bath are not cold enough and not enough variance with the hot baths.
