Design, breakfast, we had water always refilled in the room, cleaning.
The sound isolation is not very good, we heard sounds from other rooms. Price is heavy.

Hotel is in a good location and hotel staff was professional and courteous while we were there. Room was clean and well kept. The hotel smelled clean and great. Its new experience to us for the hotels birds, trees, forest wall paper and decorations.
Their lobby is on the 4th floor and the hotel front door is right by a crosswalk at an intersection. It was not easy for us to unload the luggages while parked close to the crosswalk.

I enjoyed the room in every way I could imagine, from the size of the spacious room, the beautiful tub, the extremely comfortable bed (exceeded my expectation), the super picturesque breakfast area, to the very friendly staff (at the check-in front desk, and at the breakfast restaurant in the hotel). The location was also superb, close to restaurants, sports complex (swimming pools, tracks), parks, local markets, bus stops, in a pretty good neighborhood of Taipei.
The bed was way too comfortable, it made me pretty sad having to leave the hotel at the end of my stay. I wish I could have stayed for a few more nights.

The private onsen was a good experience to try at the hotel. The staff was accommodating when I requested for a brighter room. Easy to hail a cab from the hotel.
One of the three room designs was dark and gloomy so I requested for another room, and the room was full of oily sweat smell from the previous occupant. The room should be cleaned properly and aired to ensure no traces of bad odor are left. The ground floor of the hotel also smelled funny. Management should do something about the places being infested by mosquitoes on the common area and the elevators.

This is a beautiful hotel. I was impressed because of the decoration, the nature theme was amazing, the building is quiet and relaxed, since the moment you arrive the aroma in the ambience is delicious. I love everything about this hotel, also the staff is Ku d and helpful. The waiter at the breakfast, Sandra at the reception and Sylvia the hostess in the restaurant, she is super kind and warm. I will come back.

Breakfast was good and room was clean and spacious.
In the room there was a consistent light sewage smell after the first night. Also the bathroom was not functional its missing some hooks for clothes and towels.

Location is great. Easily access to subway, food, convenient stores. Facility in the hotel is quite new and well maintained.
