Centrally located in ximending; can walk to a lot of popular eating spots. Room a bit small no place to put luggages. Room clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay and staffs are all nice and accommodating.

Cute bunny in the lobby (name is Milk Tea), Toto japanese toilet/bidet, friendly 24-hour concierge, complimentary water and snacks refilled every day, free M&Ms, clean and modern furnishings, Netflix and large TV, great location next to the graffiti street (Kunming) and vibrant Ximending outdoor shopping plazas.
Sometimes it's a long wait for the elevator because the hotel is on the 4th floor.

Very convenient location, friendly staff and cute bunny in the lobby
Please feed your bunny more hay. Bunnies need to eat about 75% of their body size in hay everyday. In the three days that I stayed there, there was only a small layer of hay on the bottom of the pen. The rabbit will have dental issues if it doesn't eat hay continuously.

We initially stayed here for (1) the location and (2) the partnership they have with a local gym - after travelling for a while, we wanted the chance to exercise, and most hotels usually dont have gyms or have small ones - so this partnership with a large local gym was a pro. The place far exceeded expectations - the room was clean and comfy and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. They really went above and beyond

We liked that the hotel has very very nice staff, they always greeted us with a smile, was very eager to help us, and always answered our questions in a polite manner. The hotel room was also very clean, and had good housekeeping services. We loved that the room provided Netflix and YouTube. They also had a very cute bunny which I never forgot to say hi to whenever passing the front desk.
The location was a bit far from the station, and it could be a little scary walking around the area.

When I was walking on the street approaching the hotel I was a bit shocked as from the outside it looked a bit rough. However after taking the elevator to the 4th floor it was just like you would enter into a different world. I have never seem such interesting concept of hotel like that. Very cool, smart, simple but modern, clean and super great personal and service. I had a great stay. Enjoyed the 24hour gym included in the stay which was only 6 min walk. Well done!!

There are Japanese toilets! The industrial design is strong and clean. The staff were lovely. The room was small but it had everything one needs including daily snacks.
An electrical plug on the left side of my bed wasn’t working. There was no place to unpack underwear. Maybe not having drawers for drawers is a thing in Taiwan. I prefer to unpack.
