Wonderful
Super nice staff, great Chinese style breakfast (no buffet), fruit in the room, very central, very clean, great to soak in our own hot spring bath tub, bed very comfortable!
The "garden view" window was behind the bath tub and wasn't transparent - so not really a view...

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious, and the hot spring tub is very big.
I think that their hot spring water is pretty diluted? The water has practically no smell, and my skin didn't feel as soft as it would normally after soaking in a Beitou hot spring. Also, be prepared to climb up a long set of stairs if you're coming from Xinbeitou station, which might be a bit tricky if you're coming with luggage like I was.

Location close to Train station but need to walk up a hilly slopes, will be difficult with big luggages
Breakfast is fixed in taiwan style and no change for the 2 days of my stay. No bread option

I like the room atmosphere. The breakfast was nice, but I feel bloated, since the breakfast is quite heavy (9 dish course).
The commute from the MRT station is a bit of a hike, which is harder due to rain.

The hot spring in the room was really nice. The facilities looked really beautiful but not necessarily IG worthy.
Found a cockroach in the bathroom. Not a huge problem but just a minor inconvenience. The breakfast was too big. I would have preferred self-choice.

The rooms were spacious and the spring tubs were very comfortable and large. There were many freebies including wine, fruits, and coffee.
We didn't realise that check in was after 530pm when you book on booking.com. It's fairly logical since they need time to disinfect all the baths individually, but we may have planned a diff route if that was something we knew.
