Room was large, bed comfortable, clean and orderly. Fast check in. Nice staff.
The pictures on booking.com clearly showed there was a bidet, but the room we booked, which was a more premium room did not have one. The front desk said that we needed to change rooms to have a bidet. The light switch (just 1) turns on all the main lighting in the room- you can not use the main light in the wash area without the main light in the bedroom also turning on. The side "table" on one side was a metal drum - aesthetically pleasing but not practical as every little thing you put on it will sound like you were hitting a bass drum. The furniture in the room - specifically the chairs and table all had legs that protruded outward, my wife kept snagging them with her legs. The shower room was nice and large, I liked it, but my wife who has a bit of a mobility problem found it dangerous as there was nothing to hold on to - the walls were wide apart. Maybe, since there is more than enough space, put a chair or a bar on the side?

We booked 2 medium-sized rooms for 4 of us. The room size was more than enough for adults and big luggage. The shower room was spacious. Their single bed was big about 4.5 ft. wide. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Location was the best. Easy walk through Ximen Walking street from Ximen MRT Statiion (Exit 6). 2 bottled water were provided daily.

The location was tremendous. The front desk was excellent Joe, Andrew and Gigi all helped us in different ways with difficult situations. They made the stay very enjoyable and the hotel is very lucky to have the three of them as employees.
I understand hotels are getting away from having drawers to put your clothes in. That was the only negative we had to live out of our suitcases. But everything else was so good that that was just a minor blip .

Close to stores, food, night, hotel is modern and clean, free laundry, ICE machine!!, great breakfast buffet, comfy and large beds, they even gave us flip flops to wear and keep. They also held our bags for us before our flight back. Would come back here for sure and would recommend it to anyone.

Awesome hotel! The area it is in is fantastic. Close to the action of Ximen, but a couple streets away so it isn't noisy. Close to the MTR and plenty of food options. The room was spacious and had a good layout. Breakfast was also very good.
I wish it had a gym, but there is one next door.

Convenient to metro, very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Housekeeping tidied up the room daily. Daily breakfast was delicious

Great breakfast and really convenient location. Our room was very comfortable and we appreciated having laundry facilities in the hotel.
Only suggestion would be to either provide more hangers or maybe some additional hooks on the wall. There wasn’t much space to put clothes other than just leaving them folded in the suitcase.
