There were a free coffee and tea. Wi-Fi was working very good. The staff was very nice and helpful. Localization was very good, near MRT.
Room should be renovated a little bit We had some stains on the carpet and the wallpaper was peeling in some places. AC hasnt heat option so during night it was cold in our room.

located nearby public transportation, easy to find. Room was clean and room service was good. Receptionist is very kind and friendly, they even offered to help us call taxi as our uber app is not working.
If youre bringing huge and heavy luggage, might be an issue as they dont have lift. Staircase is constantly on construction so might be a bit wet.

Very clean hotel, very helpful staff. Free drinking water, coffee and snacks. I hate rooms without window but this hotel has been my only exception. They cleaned the rooms daily and the room has everything you need.
I think the hotel has damp issues which you can note at the entrance (the building stairs are not the cutest). Nevertheless, the room was doted with a very powerful dehumidifier so damp wasnt an issue in the room.
