Wonderful
The ladies who work at the hotel are doing a great job. English is a bit of a problem, but they use their phones for translations. Price to value ratio is probably the best in this part of Tainan.
The shower has to be adjusted. The water in the bathroom sink floods the floor, so this also has to be taken care of.

The spot's pretty convenient, with a bunch of solid restaurants and food joints nearby to keep you full and happy. There are a couple of bus stops not too far off—super useful if you’re heading to the city center. Plus, one of the more buzzing areas of the city is close enough to walk to, taking you around 20 to 30 minutes, depending on your pace.
The place, honestly, felt like it hadn't seen a proper scrub-down in forever. The floors: dusty enough to make you sad, and those tucked-away corners – like behind the curtains or near the fridge – looked like they were forgotten for years. Provided slippers? Sticky, grimy, and just plain gross, I didn't dare to wear them.
The vibe of the place was like stepping into an old, damp, badly maintained living room, with furnitures from half a century ago.
Every time we walked back in, we were hit by this stale, pungent smell, which was hard to ignore. Oh and the AC was more or less useless, no controls to tweak the temp – either blasting cold air or completely off, which got annoying pretty quick.
If I had to sum up, it's hard to say if it's worth the money; if at least the rooms were kept clean, I would be positive, but this is a hard to ignore fact.

Very friendly staff. Simple and old-fashioned rooms with old facilities but for a moderate price, therefore the price vs. value balance is good.
The hotel only offers a very limited amount of parking spaces; if they are full (which will likely happen if you travel in a busy period, e.g. national holidays), you can park in a nearby public underground parking lot, which is at about 10 minutes of walking, but it will cost some money; a slight inconvenience.

The location of the accommodation is very good for exploring the city. We liked the room so far and they responded to our request to check in earlier.
In the room you can see certain signs of use etc. Here you could renovate the rooms again.

Breakfast.. couldn’t even eat a bite ..the breakfast starts at 7am, we were there at 7 am but all the items were cold .. including omelette .. can’t imagine eating a cold omelette .. didn’t dare to go there on day 2.. need to seriously improve
