very easy self checkin. room is big and comfortable. modern design, with nice deco pieces around the floors and in the room, and very clean.
there is no lift so a little difficult to carry luggage up the stairs. only cash or bank transfer - not so convenient for overseas visitors.

The room is large and clean. Although they speak Chinese, I could understand by using Google translation.
I didn't dislike this but if you are a tourist, you need to make sure of their payment before you stay. You have to pay the fee in advance with an ATM in any 7/11 convenience store and it displays only Chinese for that transaction. I was quite anxious until they confirmed my payment because I wasn't sure whether I had transferred my money to the right account. Just in case, taking a screenshot of the display and photo of the receipt is recommended. Some hotels do the same thing so it's not bad you used to be in this system.?

-the place has no one on site.
-payment was extremely difficult as they wanted 7/11 payment (which wasn’t available over CNY period,, and wouldn’t accept normal booking.com payment (probably to save on fees). They hounded us for many days all hours for payment and threatened to let the room to someone else even the day before. it was very stressful and put a huge damper on our trip to Tainan.
-Our room was next to a sewer drain and stunk.
-Location is poor- in an industrial zone.
-way too expensive, even CNY.
