-keypad code for room (who remembers this stuff)
-limited onsite parking, can walk further away to another public car park 3-4minutes away and hand them the parking ticket on check out(but this isn't ideal if you have a lot of luggage or mobility issues)
-system spammed me about 8 times on check in with some messages I didn't understand, and about 4 times on check out with messages I again didn't really understand and some feedback survey (super super super annoying) and tempted me to give them a 9/10.

The hotel rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The bathroom was surprisingly very big and modern. There is everything you need. Staff is very helpful.
You can see the TV search history of previous people there. Check in is so late but they can take your luggage. The idea of not having key cards and only pin codes for rooms is good but to use is difficult because you need to note it down or not loose your mail... Location is not so good if you aren't with a vehicle.

Best 3-star hotel I've ever seen, spacious rooms, wooden floors, marble countertops, mini fridge, robes & slippers, and a fantastic lobby and decent breakfast with a good value all around. Live music performances too. Finally I'm so thankful the staff found my earbuds after I checked out and mailed them to my home in Taipei!! I was expecting to pay the postage on delivery and was surprised to find it was handled. So, so kind of them ??
There was a mosquito in my room upon arrival, and it ate me alive during a nap. Preventable but unfortunate. I still have welts on my legs a week later

The hotel was quite conveniently located, and it was easy to park in front of the hotel. The offer was also reasonably priced for the size of the room. It was nice that there was piano and cello performance on Saturday.
This is the third time time we are staying in this hotel and we were quite disappointed. We stayed for three nights. The staffs from the first and second days had basic / poor service. Before we checked in, I received several messages from the hotel inviting me to automatically check in, which I ignored because I had no time. After I arrived, the first thing the reception asked was if I received their message; I found that strange for a welcome message and also I do not see why I cannot just do the old-fashioned check in. During breakfast for the first morning, we arrived around 30 min earlier (breakfast starts at 7AM). The waitress pretty much just ignored us, did not even say Good Morning and did not even offer us to sit down first. We were invisible. Then during the first two days of the breakfast, the two waitresses chatted to each other rather than seeing what service needs to be provided. One of the reasons we selected this hotel was because breakfast is good. However, even that was disappointing this time. The rice was too dry and feels like it was leftover rice from previous night. The fish was super over fried (and very few actual meat). We stayed for three days and everyday they served the same appetizer, same bread, and same soup. It was obvious that the hotel used very little efforts to enhance their customer experience. The hotel also provided, no slippers, no cotton buds, no shower cap, and the room service did not do any organizing of the bathroom other than to replace the towels.

Very nice hotel with great amenities.
Our stay included breakfast.
To be frank, not a good experience.
It was not a buffet style and it had a limited set of foods and not clear definition.
I highly recommend buffet style, and or include vegetarian options.

I went to have breakfast around 7am on that day and it took 20~25 minutes to serve a whole set.
Normally it only took a few minutes after ordered via staff. This time understood that the order is made via phone.
