Love that it was kid friendly with many activities for kids. Had kid themed rooms (for an upgrade), kid field, and kid play floor. Good breakfast. Great location too!
Their washer and dryer service could use an upgrade. The dryer takes awhile and only had 2 machines so long queue all day to use.

The Parking Lot is easy to get confused with. Request some time to wait for elevators to exit the hotel after checking out.

Located in downtown Tainan, West Central District, which area has much famous street food. The room was big, cozy, and quiet. The breakfast had much variety of options, must try their fresh beef soup. The hotel offers convenient covered parking.
The entrance is not very noticeable. Elevator no air-con. The hotel is overpriced and not worth.

rooms are spacious, functional, bright and airy. beds are reasonably comfortable, air conditioning is working good. The breakfast buffet is really the highlight I must say, very extensive selections, with quite a lot of Tainan local street food items, which is a true bonus.
although the location of the hotel is in fact super nice and central, the entrance of the hotel isn't right on the street, cars cannot stop in front of the main entrance door of the hotel, plus the signage is confusing to drivers. We arrived with quite a few larrge suitcases, ended up with need to carry them walking thru department store to reach the only entrance of the hotel, because our driver cannot find a spot to drop us off. I guess it's partly the driver's fault, but the bad location of the front door together with confusing signage are also a main part of the reason. And frankly I probably won't stay here again because of this, even thought the hotel itself is quite ok.

HOTEL COZZI Ximen Tainan is a fantastic choice for families, offering an excellent array of kid-friendly facilities. The outdoor electric cars and track train were absolute highlights for my children—they simply couldn’t get enough! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making our stay very enjoyable. Plus, the hotel's central location in Tainan makes it incredibly convenient for exploring local attractions and enjoying the city’s famous food scene. Another bonus is the ample parking spaces, which is a big plus for those traveling by car.
The elevator management needs serious attention. During check-out time, the elevators were constantly full, making it nearly impossible for guests to go downstairs. Many people had no choice but to ride the elevator up first before they could finally descend. This is particularly inconvenient for families with luggage, elderly guests, and small children. A structured check-out system (perhaps based on room numbers) or an elevator rotation strategy could help mitigate this issue. Additionally, this raises concerns about evacuation efficiency during emergencies like fires or earthquakes.

It's a good hotel if you travel with very young kids < 6-8 years due to all the activities, provided for kids. Located very conveniently next to ShinKong Mitsukoshi and very near to downtown Tainan. Staff of the hotel was super friendly and caring, breakfast buffet was refilled instantly.
Cleanness of the rooms and facilities is improvable. facilities in the rooms are worn down already (but most likely due to rude guests)
