Very large hotel. They have a number of travel groups. Lots of variety at breakfast. They changed the options every day. They have an egg station. Large comfortable rooms.

The hotel is located in central location. Near Tainan train station, and 國華街。300-350 NT taxi to Ten Drum/Chime museum; Anping area. Staff is excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Chiang (蔣先生）。He brought out a map, showed me the area attractions. The information he provided helped me better planned my visit. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Bonus. Dryer and washing machine is located at basement, free for guests. Breakfast buffet is great, too.

Great location - walking distance to the 国华街 which has a lot of great food. The staff were also super friendly and gave advice on which location to go, etc. Breakfast was also great!

Spacious and tidy room, exactly like the photos. Staff were very friendly, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Breakfast had a big variety (Western & Asian), with many tea selections. Central location, close to temples and old streets, about a 20-minute walk from the main train station. The free laundry facility with detergent was a great bonus.
Hot dishes at breakfast weren’t kept warm enough. Also, no hair conditioner or body lotion provided.

The room was big for 4 of us with modern facilities. Breakfast spread was good with a wide selection and we could have fried eggs freshly cooked for us. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Staff was friendly.

This place is all about the location and its attentive staff who mostly spoke good English.
It was non-taiwanese friendly, but being a 4-star, I'd have expected more facilities being translated to other languages. But not a deal breaker. This is why I travel to explore outside of my comfort zone.

Everything was great! Lovely decor, huge and comfortable bed, great facilities and polite staff. Wide variety of breakfast. Location is not the best but Tainan in general is not too walkable so best to rent a bike/scooter or uber around

Breakfast is very good with lots of variety! The location is great and convenient. I especially like to recognize your staff, John, who is very helpful and friendly. He gave us useful advice on nearby attractions and restaurants.
The bed is a bit too small. The amenities are not sufficient.

The front staff at doors and reception was attentive. The door bell staff had help taxi driver to pick up our luggage which I haven't expected that. The receptionists were helping us to check-in and keep our luggage during our sightseeing. The room was spacious and we loved that they have water dispenser every floors. I got the good sleep on the night I stayed.

Staff very helpful, great location near some tourist atractions and a lot of great restaurants and places to eat. Some night markets are close, about 20minutes walking. The room is very big.
