Cute guest house in a convenient but quiet location. The room was small but comfortable, and the staff were helpful and let me check in early. Make sure to pack light as you will need to carry your bag up multiple flights of stairs.

Great location, great greeting and help to get us settled into our apartment, place to store our 7 bicycles. Quiet location but within 5 minutes walk to busy part of town, restaurants and shops. Food courts

The hosts were very nice, and the location is near the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi mall, making bus transportation very convenient. We rented the entire second floor, so we had plenty of space for our luggage, and the place was very clean and comfortable~!

The staff are lovely. The location is convient to public transport and local food/restaurants. It's very thoughtful that they provide sanitary pads, floss and so on.
There is no door to the bathroom and the bed is just outside of the bathroom. The stairs to fifth floor can be a pain. The laundry is on fifth floor in another building which is not so convient.

Very nice place in the center of Tainan city. Many of the important temples are walking distance away. Very good and comfortable beds, good Wi-Fi signal. Separate bathroom. Nice English speaking personal (a rarity in Taiwan).

Love the vibe and all stuff they prepared for the guests, especially shower gel and bath soup. We feel the host's thoughtfulness.
Everything is perfect except the shared bathroom noise. I waked up for many times when someone use the bathroom. Next time I may choose aother room type.

Location, onsite parking. Free use of washer/dryer for laundry. Able to rent the whole floor for our family vacation.
Need to plan ahead and check-in by 6pm - try to check-in before rush hour traffic. Feel a bit weird to have a security camera in the gathering space. It was turned toward the wall but not sure if it was doing voice recording or not.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. I left my paper off glasses behind and they messaged to inform me and helped to arrange for the glasses to be sent to Taipei. Very comfortable apartment to stay in. Not too far from the eating street.
The water pipes will make noise in the night when the upper levels are using the bathroom. It's temporary and just a little nuisance, the staff and the comfort the apartment brings makes us ignore this little annoyance.
