The rooms, the service, and the included breakfast were all very good!
Laundry was in a weird little room in the basement, but it worked fine!

The location is just perfect. Close by are many attractions, it's also walkable to the train station (or like 100twd by taxi). Gym is decent (up to 10kg weights) and they also offer free self service laundry. Breakfast is decent too.
It's a little bit outdated.

Staff very kind and they speak English!!
Very well located , parking is a must as it is difficult to park in Tainan, and you can leave the car till 2 pm.
Rome is big and comfortable ( we stayed in a business double room).
Breakfast is mainly Chinese, you have muesli, yoghurt and bread for European taste .
