Very nice staff. They gave me gifts because that day was my birthday. That’s sweat. They are extremely friendly and helpful.

Exceptional
Spacious room, clean, helpful staff!
Great amenities - free coffee and other drinks in the lobby.
The air conditioner was smelling bad..
The location was not too convient on foot in going to tourists destinations. If you can use the bus or taxi then it’s good! Renting a bike would be a bit dangerous considering how crowded the road gets with bikes and cars.
We asked the staff for a taxi that accepts credit card (we didn’t have too much cash on us). In the end, the taxi driver didn’t accept credit card so there was a bit of trouble there.

Wonderful
The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to many restaurants, shops, and department stores nearby. The location was one of the best parts of our stay, as everything we needed was just a short walk away.
Parking is located behind the hotel and accessed through a very narrow side alley, which can be a little challenging to navigate, but the staff was incredibly helpful. They assisted us with unloading our luggage and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming.
Although the hotel does not provide breakfast, it really wasn’t an issue because there are so many great breakfast options nearby within walking distance. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the convenience and hospitality of this hotel.

Wonderful
Room was clean, housekeeping was great, front desk was polite and opened the door for us.
Double check the locks when you're leaving your room. I had to have the front desk reset the lock once because of a glitch in the lock.

Wonderful
Great location and friendly staff.
I was not able to completely turn off the AC and the room got a little too cold. The only thing I could do was to reduce the fan speed. Not sure if the issue is specific to my room.

We stayed in four different hotels during our trip to Taiwan, and in terms of comfort, guest-friendly design, and overall ergonomics—how every little detail is thought out and how the room itself is arranged—this hotel stood out. Everything is designed for convenience, making the stay exceptionally comfortable. It just feels... right. Plus, the location is great.
