The breakfast included during our stay was amazing. The room was spacious with everything we need for our stay.
Bathroom is on the smaller side but functional, really appreciate where they mount the toilet paper.

Walking distance to main attractions, as well as the train station. Our room was facing the opposite from the main road, so it was very quiet at night.
The rooms are small, but somewhat functional.

Loved the breakfast. Lots of choices to choose from the buffet. Ten minutes walk from station. If you are coming by train, walk on the same side of road as hotel as the walkway is smooth on same level versus the other side of road where walkway has steps etc. so if you’re dragging big luggages it is much easier.
My room was a bit tight as I had 2 big luggages. The hotel has only 1 elevator so you might have to wait a bit during their busy hours.

Service was excellent. When we checked in, our room had cigarette smell and when we informed the front desk, they immediately replace another room and offered a token of apology (a cup and coaster). The hotel also provided breakfast, though very small selection of food, for the price we paid, it was decent. There were a few morning where we did not want to head down for breakfast, the staff allowed me to pack some food back into the room (and provide boxes etc). Room was clean and room service was excellent. Bed was nice and came with 2 pillow each. I liked that the sink was outside the toilet as it allowed use while the toilet was occupied.
Location isn't the best but Uber was very convenient. Breakfast spread was very limited but then again, if you are in Tainan, its unlikely you will be eating breakfast in the hotel. My main complain is that their curtains do not close completely and sunlight enters the room in the morning - waking you up around 7am if you are sensitive to lights.
