Location, staff, breakfast, afternoon snack, size of the room.
Bed is a little too hard. Quality of bed sheet, comforter and towels can be improved. Shower water drains a bit too slow.

Central location to many popular sights.
The hotel room was not super clean but decent. The small lobby was packed with a local loud tour group when we arrived.

Hotel is older but nice enough. The location is near Tainan station and there are a lot of things to see nearby. You can walk to street art, museums, restaurants and more. A big night market isn’t too far. The staff checked me in with no problems, stored bags and such. There are bikes to borrow , a gym and laundry. I tried none of those but they are there. Breakfast is nice enough. I missed the afternoon snacks because I forgot!
The breakfast was pretty crowded on Sunday… no worries. The doors and walls seemed really thin. Old hear neighbors in toilet.

Handy location to public transport and heritage sites. Room is spacious
The accommodation was disappointing. Firstly, we were given only one key which is extremely inconvenient. Secondly, the mattress was uncomfortably hard, and the facilities felt very old. Finally the service from the staff was lacking; they were unfriendly, unhelpful, and provided inadequate explanations of services. Most frustratingly, when a group of primary school children upstairs made excessive noise by running around and sounding late at night for over one and half hours on the second evening, our two calls to reception went ignored. We were eventually forced to approach the front desk at 10:30pm, only to be told to handle the noise complaint with the guests ourselves. No apologies were given at any point.

The hotel location is easily accessed to public transport and has many eateries/ restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious. Free snacks and drinks at the breakfast venue from 1pm to 5pm. There is also self service laundry but need to pay with coins. And also can rent the hotel's free bicycle but need to pay a deposit first. Lobby front desk staffs are very helpful in guilding us nearby attraction places.
Actually the hotel is quite old and a little dated but it has been renovated. There is no in-room safebox. The breakfast is mainly Asian style breakfast.

Service is great. The breakfast area is open in the afternoons and guests are allowed to help themselves to the tea, coffee and ice cream on top of a few snack items. The cleaning service is also thorough even though the rooms are quite dated. The location is also excellent, close to many important Tainan spots and places to visit.

Location was good. The bed was comfortable. Room was spacious and facilities worked but are very old. Staff were pleasant and polite
Room was quite dusty, especially headboard and in the drawers. Facilities were quite old so there was a lot of wear and tear. The breakfast was very average. Eggs were cold and dry and not many options apart from pork.

The Front office staff: Messrs. Huang Fang Yi & Tsai Jen Ping provided excellent service. They are able to anticipate what has to be done b4 we need to request. We are travelling in Taiwan for 30days & are pleasantly surprised by their hospitality as compared to other Hotels we have stayed. Keep up the good work Sirs, both of you made Cambridge Hotel proud!!

Hotel location is excellent and staff are friendly n helpful.
There isn't much food for breakfast, but it's really delicious.
They provide car transport from the hotel to Tainan trian station upon check out..
