The staff were very accommodating, and welcoming! The room itself was spacious complete with ammenities. The hotel was very pretty, bonus, they have washer dryer and an Elevator! The location was everything! It was in West central district, surrounded by many restaurants, stores and attractions.

This was a lovely hotel in an excellent location for Tainan - just steps from a shopping and market area, but very quiet. The deluxe triple room (with the loft) was large and my daughter liked having her own space upstairs. The shower was powerful and everything was very clean. The owners were very kind and helpful as well. A good choice for Tainan.

The unit is tucked away from the bustles around the neighborhood, so this is a real hidden gem. The hosts (I think they are the owners) were very helpful and accommodating. Using LINE for communication is great, especially if you can't fluently speak Mandarin. Friendly and always willing to help, the hosts really make this unit!
Rooms and showers are great, albeit the storage for clothes/hangers are a little tighter than we would like.
Just be mindful that the washing machine and dryer are residential units, so they take a LONG time to work (washer takes 1.25-1.5 hr, dryer 2+ hrs). There is only one unit, but we didn't have to wait for someone else. But again, the hosts were more than happy to help, even offered to help us move laundry around while we step out to sightsee (we didn't do it, but the offer matters).

Great location, surrounded by lots of food options. Lovely couple running the place. Our room was spacious and clean.
If you are arriving by taxi, just note the driver may not be willing to drop you off next to the accommodation as it is a pedestrian-heavy street.
We had 2 quiet nights but one night was noisy as the other guests weren't being considerate.

Location is optimal in the middle of a shopping district and walking distance from many places.
Room was spacious and clean with quality products.
Balcony was serene and would be a very good spot to sit and read a book if that's what you desire.
The best facility was the lift. Many minsu in the area lacks a lift making carrying luggages back breaking but there are no issues here.

The couple that run the place are so helpful and friendly. Free use of bikes was unexpected and such a bonus. Plus they helped us to send our luggage to the next hotel. Exceeded my expectations, best place to stay in Tainan!

The location is very convenient to Guo Hua Street full of good eats, yet the hotel is in a very quiet/peaceful area. The hotel is a very thoughtfully converted old building, with a convenient elevator/lift retrofitted in. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had a fully deep (Japanese-style) bath tub you could soak in.
If you come by a large taxi, the lane is too narrow, so you might have to walk 50 meters to the hotel front door. On rainy nights, the sound of rain drops on the roof can be a bit loud.

The rooms were nice and clean. The place is very near the markets, many places to shop near by.
We experienced a wake-up call for an expected earthquake at 3 am, nothing much anything anyone can do about it. Nothing much happened as it was quite far away.

We stayed at Atreeium during our first days in Taiwan. Everything was perfect. The accommodation is more than lovely, the room is quiet and has very good energy, and the gracious host is very kind and interesting to talk to. We were able to unwind, feel at ease and embrace a new culture. We highly recommend this place!
