Clean hotel and room for 6 people which made traveling with family very easy. The location was great. Very close to shops, night market and restaurants. The lake view was nice

The hoteliers were absolutely charming, and the hotel was very clean. This is a place where I would like to come back.
There has been a tiny issue with feather comforter and it has been replaced very quickly by another one, with cotton.
This is not specific to this hotel, but rather to the country: the season was quite cool and the air conditioning didn't work in heating mode. But turning it off soon made for a pleasant temperature.

Walking distance to the market and harbour and cable rides. The owner is super friendly and even offered to take us to the bus stop the next day.

I reserved 2 rooms for an 8-persons Lakeview family trip. Very good location. The lakeview is nice. The owners are very down to earth and friendly. I will recommend the facility to others.

We book the room with Sun moon lake view, it's really stunning! This is the point which make us not disappoint.
The room is not so new but it's clean and comfortable.
The old lady at front is also cute and kind, eventhough she can't speak english but try her best to help us.
The location is in Ita Thao which mean when you are drop off from Taichung - SML bus at Shueishe visitor center, you will need to take local bus ride to Ita Thao or Tourist boat ride. Then it's not that comfortable to travelling without driving but also not that hard because take a bus ride or boat ride is easy to find.
The staff can't speak english.

we stayed at new year eve, I dont think they charge for extra high price
1. You can hear the voice in the hallway and elevator noise (Ting!) all the times in your room
2. Found one cockroach in a room
3. Parking is too far

The owner is so kind and helpful. I think the family run their own hotel, room is clean but not that modern. View is great. Parking is free (which is great), location is great, walking range to the market and port

It was dirty, moldy, smelly and the floors at water under them. Every time you stepped, water come out and it was smelly and dirty. The AC was filthy too.

The host was so nice and welcoming, helped us getting taxis, and gave us the lobby to sit at night to have fun together all friends :)

The view of the lake was breathtaking. It was close to the night market, but far enough away to be quiet. The owner was kind and helpful and made us feel welcome. I liked the water filter fillets in the hallways. We would definitely stay again.
You have to park way far away and the hotel will shuttle you there and back at the beginning or end of stay. We left our charger for our phone in our car and we couldn’t get it until 11:00 am the next day.
