The rooms are large and water pressure in the bathroom is good. Hot water came out instantly from shower, did not have to wait long.
The breakfast is poor. Not vegetarian friendly. Although you get free coffee and tea in the reception no hot drinks available in the breakfast hall.

Big and comfortable room with comfortable shower. Elevator.
Location was far from the center and very dark at night.
Breakfast was traditionally asian, noodles and porridge(nothing for non-asian taste.) Bed was hard

The Hotel staff was very friendly and spoke good English. They gave us some information about the surroundings and also about the typhoon Krathon that was coming. The rooms are very good with a good A/C, and comfortable shower.

Clean, the night staff are proficiently in English & helpful. The am staff, are not fully proficiently yet she attempts hard to speak. I like that she tried hard for other guests too.
The breakfast bar was opens long hours.
Sound proof from rooms to rooms are poor, one of the nights, there are drinking party near by, plus fight outside the hotel, and people party done more on 3rd floor.
The including breakfast was terribly, noting fresh. Advertisement was not true.
