Spacious apartment with comfortable beds. The breakfasts they provide are excellent. Quite simple, but very savory.
The WiFi signal was weak. One should bring his own soap.

The room was really nice and clean, with a TV, Big bed, bathroom with bathtub. When we arrived we got informed and helped really well! I would come back one day
The showerhead was a bit broken so the water was splashing everywhere

Near Ita Thao Shopping District and delicious breakfast.
As I am traveling in early June (off peak). No one is manning the desk after 8pm and the food stalls along the street are closed after 8pm (I still prefer this Ita Thao area than ShuiShe)

The location of the B&B is really nice! Right by the lake. The owner is really friendly and helpful in explaining the area. Great housekeeping. I would say great value for money :)
It was quite hot in the breakfast area, I guess no airconditioning there.

The room was pretty and neat and I loved that it had hangers for our clothes. Breakfast too was sumptious and filling. We could choose Chinese or Western. Hosts were friendly too.

- VERY spacious room
- water “dispenser” near the bed
- thoughtful/attentive landlady
- in case of bufet-style breakfast (depends on the number of guests) there is enough food to choose from (western/Asia cuisine)
- noisy room (unspecified whirring from something/somewhere but mainly water in the pipes from the floors above us)
- if there is no bufet-style breakfast (depends on the number of guests), the western type breakfast for one person is extremely heavy (their idea of western type breakfast is very strange)
