Great view (especially from the communal balcony) and there is a kitchen, too.
It's a bit far (and up) from the main road/shops. No breakfast.

A lovely host.
Close to Ren'ai, but also far away to be comfy.
Easy to get there.
Rather quiet at night.
Spacious fridge (in the shared spaced/kitchen)
The bathroom smelled of cigarettes.
There would be some privacy issues if we weren't the only guests.
The kitchen was a bit run down; I wouldn't want to eat there (there was space outside).
Too many lights are lit everywhere, difficult to find switches (or from the neighbours) = almost no stars.
In the morning, many people walk by with their heads at porch level - a bit uncomfortable, especially since you get in the mountains to have fewer people around.
