Best hotel we stayed during our Taiwan trip.
Very friendly and helpful staff, good Buffett and menu, spacious room, auto flush Toto bidet wash toilet, relaxing bathtub and great room drinks and snack and chocolate
No elevator ….it was a bit difficult for my elderly parents.

Liked the location and scenery.
The rooms are comfortable and clean.
Would be better if there’s a lift in the building.
Found some strands of hair on the chair seat in our room.

Beautiful location with an amazing view of the mountains.
Rooms were huge, cozy & modern.
Only downside there were no lifts, hence gotta lug your luggage up/down the stairs.

The room was spacious and the toilet is humongous! We have never stayed in a hotel room with such big "toilet". Staff was friendly. Breakfast spread was good and delicious. The hotel provided some free snacks, chocolate and drinks in the room which was very much appreciated.
Pillow was quite flat. Not the hotel's fault but the distant between the dinning area and front lobby was short but very steep. It was very challenging for my 85 yrs old mother to walk. The room door was a bit challenging to close and open. No view from our room.

The staff are very nice. Services are great. Dinner are very nice and delicious. Location is ok and could be reached through narrow trail where a lot of other hotels share. Overall experience was nice.
The trail to the hotel was a bit narrow and could be difficult if a lot of cars are getting in and out of the area.

Nice hotel as if living in a Castle. Room is big and staff is friendly and attentive.

Beautiful view, massive bathtub and helpful staff. The breakfast and dinner were really good and has good diversity.
The bed is comfortable, but it’s a bit strange that the bedsheet doesn’t cover the full bed / not get tucked under the bed.
