Staff are accommodating with pleasant attitude. I forgot some personal stuff and they gave me a call on how to retrieve my items. Breakfast is a mix of Chinese and Western meals. Location is walking distance to the wharf/pier. Room is spacious.
Rooms has lots of wooden panels/interior that looks dusty. No accessible sockets on bedside tables.

The location is great for walking around and sightseeing, plus the hotel has good parking. The lake, ropeway, and bike roads are just a few steps away.
It's an old hotel with rooms worn out by time. Breakfast is meagre and unsatisfactory.

Great location, close to the pier, 1km walk to the cable car. In shopping area.
Room smelled a bit moldy when we arrived. Lots of outside noise (5th floor), bells from stores, people in the street, doors slamming. Curtains let a lot of light in, in the morning. Besides the exterior and the lobby, it looked a bit dated in general, Play area also smelled a bit. Breakfast one out of 2 days, we had to go to another hotel. To expensive for what you get.

The hotel is right in the centre of Ita Thao, 20 seconds walk from hotel to the sun moon lake and the pier, convenient stores and restaurants are all around the hotel. The room is spacious and sort of Bali-style design. The bed is king-size and comfortable, but the duvet is a bit small. The room and the bathroom are clean. There are speakers in the room that plays classic music which is very interesting! The staffs are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast has many vegetable options for vegetarian, and the lake view from the 9-10F is amazing.
The room and the bathroom are clean, however, the shower screen doesn't stop the water flow, the water was all over the floor after shower.
