Convenient location, with a 7-11 store nearby. Wooden cottage with an unblocked Mountain View, great for sun rise and sun set viewing. Good breakfast and friendly host.
Toilet floor tiles are abit too slippery. Not ideal for elderly and young children.

Upon entrance, the place makes you feel relaxed. The room is clean and the Japanese toilet is a must because there's a lot of good food around the area (hahaha).
The cottage is 3-5 minutes walk to Swiss Garden and the reception will help you book tables for the restaurants should you choose to eat at those places.
The cleanliness and amenities of the room were excellent. There were rubber slippers that were very comfortable to wear and the fridge was definitely useful since we bought chocolates at Cona's.
The free breakfast was very healthy and heavy!
If Taiwan's slogan was "Heart of Asia" I guess the heart of our stay was Mr. Ling.
Mr. Ling was very generous in sharing information of the bus schedules and business hours of the tourist attractions. We missed our bus going to Cingjing Farm and Mr. Ling drove us to Cingjing Farm - his gesture was definitely something our family will not forget. He keeps on saying his English is not good but we do think it's good. His services and hospitality are things that we miss in Taiwan. With such services and amenities, we will definitely be back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very large, the bed for two people extremely large. We had a great view on the mountains from the balcony. The breakfast was prepared by the staff and was also good and tasty.

This was my second time in Cingjing Vienna Pleasance Cottage. We appreciated how well the bed warmed up, making it a very relaxing and enjoyable sleep experience during winter with temperatures dipping down to 8 degrees Celsius. Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and approachable. The cottage is about 5 minutes walk to the nearby MOS burger and 7-11.
The shower drainage was a major issue. Water pooled around my feet, making it difficult and unpleasant to shower.

The staffs were super nice! I love design of the chalet. The room we had was facing an impeccable view. My parents love it. The staff upgraded our room to a 6 pax room without charges because he saw that I had elderly parents and lots of suitcases. I was super grateful
The hair dryer did not work. And, we struggle to get hot water to shower as well. For some reason, it took quite long for the water to heat up. And, the bathroom was a little run down. TV did not work too. Perhaps, we did not turn it on correctly.

The location is good. It is near the small shopping mall and convenient store. The view is good. The bus stop is just nearby. The staffs are nice. The breakfast provided is great.

Location was close to attractions & eateries...+ along the stops of the Tourist Attractions Bus/Coach! The hosts were super friendly & helpful to us! ") The view was incredible too!
Bugs... close to natyre, so can't be helped i guess... + not noise proof., hence lack of privacy.. i was surprised yo hear my boys' conversations quite clearly from inside the cottage when i was outside! ?

Everything! The room was huge, pretty and with incredible view! Reality exceeding expectations! ;) The staff was extremely helpful especially with our journey commuting from Taipei. The property has an excellent location, near the bus stops and walkable distance to Swiss Garden, Skywalk and there is also a nearby commercial center with a Starbucks and others. We had a delicious and lovely al fresco breakfast, with a gorgeous mountain view.

The staff, especially Mr. Lim（小林) provides excellent services. We were worried about how cold it would get, and I asked the staff about heating. They graciously provided a heater and electric heated blankets. They were also very warm and welcoming.
The breakfast bento was really nice and filling, homecooked. The best thing was the view from the balcony. Absolutely stunning view of the mountains.

I think the best part abt this hotel were the staff. Super polite and helpful. Room was also a good size, beds were comfortable with heating on it, they were able to arrange a tasty vegetarian breakfast for us and the location is in a good place- close to most things qingjing farm has to offer.
1. While most of the room was very clean, certain areas like under the fireplace and the coffee drawers etc had quite a bit of dust in it so some attention to deeper cleaning will be good
2. Our Bathroom was a little dated. Could do with some renovation in the future
3. Basics like stirrer for coffee was missing...

They provide superb breakfast. It is also quite near to the Swiss garden. As for the cingjing farm, it is a bit fair, thus will need coach or taxi.
Room is a bit cramp. There is dust beneath the beds.
