Beautiful scenery at the dining area.
It was situated uphill and further in from the main road. The walk back to villa from main road could be a hassle especially with kids.

The architecture of the house. Staff are friendly and helpful, offered to cut fruits for us.
The need to climb about two stories steps to reach our accommodation. It is very challenging with our luggage and during wet weather.

Nice and clean room, reception staff very friendly. Loved the big bed and balcony. Got a free upgrade.
The hotel is not freshly renovated but this should not stop you. Everything is in very good shape.
Breakfast was included and sufficient but taste wise not very good.
Had a problem with an aggressive dog on the way to breakfast belonging to the hotel or a staff member. Staff member working next to the dog did not care at all. Even when we asked him to help. The dog was not just simply barking a bit.
The breakfast was definitely not worth being chased by a dog.

The view
Bad Internet, the front door lock was broken, the whirlpool tub didn't work and a picture on the website led me to believe there was a lake nearby and there wasn't. I don't recommend this place.

Water dispenser in my room. Heated blankets. Rooms are large.
Humidity too high, towels don't dry. Lacking a heater or aircon to control the cold nights. Was surprised by a cockroach when I was packing my stuff. No view.

The heat roller that is available on the bed, keeps us warm!
Hotpot dinner and breakfast buffet part of reservation.
Family room have 2 bathrooms!
Toilet seat abit faulty, it bounces up once the person leaves the seat.

The room was run down, fly screen fell off when we open it to reach the balcony.
The dining hall was more like a food canteen.
Reception was not smart, full of sundry items , untidy. staff was eating at the reception while greeting guests.

Superb views. Breakfast included, the soy milk was one of the best i had in Taiwan. The noodles are great too. Friendly staff and comfortable beds.
Rather stuffy on second level but fans were provided for each bed during summer. No aircondition but it was okay for a day stay. But it is normal for villas i have stayed in cing Jing previously probably due to geographical location. Would be better if the shower and toilet could be separated by a shower curtain to prevent the toilet from being wet as we are travelling as a family.
