Good
Very good location. Spacious room. Comfortable beds. There’s a bathtub and a shower. Front desk staff are very helpful and professional.
Convenient parking.
I stayed in different hotels in Taiwan with complementary breakfast. Breakfast in this hotel was disappointing.
There’s some mold in the shower.

Wonderful
Comfortable room, excellent breakfast on rooftop garden patio overlooking Sun Moon lake. Short walk to pier and night market restaurants and vendors.
We were there during the off season and I think there was only one other couple besides ourselves but, it was difficult to check in and out as there was no one manning the front desk. We had to try to communicate with the help staff who was Indonesian and really didn't know the check in and out operations.

The location is great and easy to find. They have their own parking area as well. The room was also very quiet. I could not hear any outside noise. The air conditioning worked very well on a hot day.

Everything was fine! Large rooms with a nice view on the forest, large bathroom with bathtub and nice showers, reversible air conditioning was good to heat the room as we had cold weather there, very nice staff making the effort to serve a different breakfast plate every day, 5-minute walk to the old streets where shops and restaurants are with very nice and cheap local food. We had a car rented and they have a free parking available. Very good place close to the Sun Moon Lake :)

Lacks drawers to store clothes. Those chairs studded with plastic diamonds were very uncomfortable
