A hidden Juwel in a small alley: nice garden, quiet, spacious guest-apartments, homelike atmosphere, all clean and stylish, excellent breakfast and a very friendly helpful stuff - all you wish for a pleasant stay (kids also very welcome)
if you di not come with own car not easy to find taxi / uber in weekends. Offer Bicycles to rent would be a great idea

We got there late in the evening and had been in contact with the host via Line to inform her on our schedule. She was all ready to welcome us at the door (all 15 of us :D). Very friendly host who even helped us carry our heavy luggages up the 2nd storey! (no lift). She let us settle down 1st before leading me around the stay and showed us around the place.
I LOVED the living area (which was downstairs, seperated from the rooms upstairs) very clean, very spacious with a huge kitchen we can use too (Microwave, toaster, coffee machine, UV stanitizer for dishes etc 很齐全!) there's also a kids room (TV, books, toys etc) for the kids and they loved it too! The dinning and rest area in the fully air conditioned living room truly won my heart haa~
Rooms were very spacious too~ tho we wished the beddings can be improved (too soft). Rooms and toilets were clean~ toiletries provided.
The breakfast they provided (western style) was superb! 屋主很用心! thank you! very healthy and totally my style (tho some of my freiends not used to western style breakkie) 2nd day they actually included Puli's local delicacy into the menu for us to try and they made their local sesonal fruit into salad/ dessert for us. Can feel that host is passionate about her menu and while serving us, she intro us to each special item she included.
She helpped arranged for our BBQ ordering and even bought us a big packet of 埔里茭白筍 (also known as 美人腿）to grill~ sorry that we didn't eat alot (nice but takes time to grill and we ran out of charcoal haha) 谢谢你咯婷婷！很随和，真诚的人！
7-11 was just a street across. We went on weekdays so most of the shops + night market were actually closed :( very quiet and slow paced area.
Bedding was too soft for our liking~ some of my friends couldn't sleep well coz of this. It's summer when we went and the mozzies were a problem if we stayed outdoors. We had BBQ the 2nd night and only the "brave" ones stayed out haha~ coz the others can't stand the mozzies feeding on us, even tho host provided us with repellents. But this can't really be helpped I suppose.
