Lovely staff, refurbished room nicely sea themed. Room dimension and service are pretty good. Large shower, clean bathroom. We got info on what to visit, where to eat, how to rent a scooter, etc. Totally recommend it.
Bathroom is not entirely separated from the room (kinda common nowadays), if you mind.

the staff were really nice, helpful and friendly. They offered a plate of chopped frash fruits and cherries at our room. Again, the day after when we left the hotel, they gave us a lot of bananas, tangerines and sufar apples. it was a nice gesture and we feel like we are so welcomed there. they treated us like family.
Wifi on 2f was poor. we used the cellular network of our phones instead. Also, the open design for bathroom is both nice and uncomfortable especially at night when one person is asleep and another one wants to use toilet, the fans and light go right into the room and makes the other one awake.

Good location beachfront and nearby Little Bay beach and Kending night market, very clean and comfortable rooms. The owner was very nice and helpful. They have car service and it was really a good value.

Great room design and room comfort. The price is very good for that room!
They allowed me to check out in the afternoon with no extra charge.
Very nice host!
The only thing is that they offer no breakfast. But you know before you book and there are plenty of breakfast restaurants around.
