Staff were excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. The hotel area is lovely. The rooms are excellent (I happened to stay in two different rooms). The location makes it so that reaching it on foot would be tedious. I'm unsure of how good the local bus option are, but if you choose to use a personal vehicle, such as a scooter, the location is excellent. It's right in the center. You have beaches on your left and right. On the West side you'll find Hengchun, which is a short 15 minutes drive away. Here you can easily find a good breakfast. To the East you have the night market and more attractions, all of which are a short drive away.

1) not convenient to walk from the beach/ night market. as it is located at hill side without street lamp, it is impossible to walk from the beach at night . 2) no breakfast

The room was so very nice, cozy, and clean! The staff was the sweetest and most helpful (from the start to the end).The property is about a 30-minute walk from downtown, but the staff offered to drive us multiple times, which was a very great service! I would recommend this place if you go to Kenting because it was an amazing stay and we felt very welcome!

The view from the room is fantastic, and the balcony was perfect for breakfast. The staff here were very nice people helping us with everything we needed and they speak very good English. We enjoy staying here a lot.

The staff was really nice, helpful, and welcoming. The place was clean and they provided good quality toiletries. The place is quiet, relaxing, and with a great view. I definitely recommend this place and am looking forward to staying here on my next visit to Kenting.

Southern Stay Homestay was a very welcoming accommodation. The employees were very helpful and kind. The room was comfy and spacious.
There were a lot of dogs tied up that werent taken off leash. If they offered breakfast, that would be really be helpful.

Its clean and well maintained. Beautiful view from top floor.
There is a dog chained up at the back of the property behind the wall in the heat. the dog gets no attention during the day or night and the chain restricts the dog drown walking far so it just lays in the heat all day long.
