The vuew is really good and parking is easy
TV quality is not ok and aur condition is supet laud. As the shower is not really seperated from sleeping, the whole room is quite humid.

The host was beyond kind. They were so welcoming and attentive. The gave us a ride to a local spot to rent scooters and to the bus stop after our stay so we didn’t have to walk far with our luggage. They supplied fresh water bottles and towels each day.

Very large room, with a view of the ocean from a distant. Very nice bright room, well appointed, nice balcony, and big bath tub too. No water dispenser though, but they did provide bottled water and kettle when I asked - very responsive and kind staff. The main reception guy speaks English and gave us recommendations. Did appreciate the flexibility of a very late check-out due to illness with a modest surcharge.
Not much nearby, as it's not in the main street of kenting.. but we had a car so it's only a few mins away to beaches, attractions and shops.

Nice place. Location is convenient, near the national park, but the place is up on top of a steep hill so you must have your own car.
The slant near the toilet on the bathroom on the left is a serious dangerous fall hazard. Would suggest making the slant more obviously visible, and maybe adding grab bars and more hooks in the bathrooms, and more shelves around in the bedroom areas. Beds were good, but sheets and blankets were not great quality.

Absolutely incredible views on both sides of the room and the balcony. Very friendly staff. The nearest beach (small beach) is beautiful and allows swimming (unlike most of the other beaches)

Beautiful room, stunning view on a bit of a hill. Nicely away from the main strip for a more 'remote' feeling. Super comfortable bed.
Only complaint was the bathroom facility (open shower) meant the floors for the toilet were always quite wet, so got my socks wet a few times.

The room was large and beautifully set out.

After a busy day at the beach and the night market it was wonderful to go up the hill to this very quiet place surrounded by trees. Joseph who was operating the hotel spoke English and was a delight to talk with.

Wonderful location, clean, nice staff, easy parking.
A dog is kept day and night on a 2 meter leash about the parking lot. It gets to eat and drink, but that is about all. Would be a case for the animal protection society in most Western countries. Gases from the canalization or septic tank reflux into the room unless you use the bathtub stopper (provided). Also, there is a step in the room, unpleasant at night and a possible hazard for older people.

I stayed here twice – once solo for a triathlon and once with family during the Festival – and both stays were awesome. Superb location – set quietly in the foothills of the National Park with awesome sunset views out across the ocean – and big, clean, comfortable rooms in which everything works (though more hooks in the bathrooms would be welcome). Joseph is a superb host and I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and help. Definitely worth the money and I would happily stay here again.
