Wonderful
the coffee is not very good. The breakfast is fair. They can improve that.
We stay 2 nights. The time they clean the house is not flexible.

They should've specify in their website the difference between the hotel and the villa
We're expecting a swimming pool but when we get there they told us that there are 2 different building..1 is the villa(it's mention in their logo) and the other is the hotel(it is not mentioned in their property name) so, the villa has the pool and the hotel doesn't allowed to use the pool.... meaning, THEY FOOLED US!!!!
they should be more specific in their website!!!!
they said is was written in chinese character Oh My.... What the &$#@.... we are not taiwanese!!!!!!! but when we called them if we can add 2 more person, they said it is ok
because we are in 1 villa so no need to ask permission??!! but why oh why..when we get there we are in the hotel in 4 different rooms, 4 different floors????!!!!

It is always in my top list of accommodation in Taiwan after the first stay when it just opened. The facilities are exceptional and it has a great vibe. The property provides excellent privacy and it is for sure spacious. You get pretty much everything you can think of when it comes to a vacation house.
Lamps are broken and lights in the pool are not working. Speakers in the front yard is not working and I encounter magnetic door lock malfunction. The rooms smell like cigarette, and carpets and the wooden floor are not very well maintained.
Overall speaking, it does not give me the same feeling as my first stay in several years ago. I would not pay such high room rate to stay here again.
If you are thinking of a vacation house, I wouldnt suggest here any more. However, it is still a good option if you are only looking for a place to party with your friends.
