A family-run hotel with warm service. The location is a bit off the main points on Kenting Road, but room had a great sea view from the balcony and bed. The room is pretty clean and colorful, the breakfast was good and personnaly prepared in the morning. I like this holiday hideway a lot!

The breakfast is absolutely worth to take for an extra price, it was delicious! The staff was very helpful, suggesting where to go, what to see and how to organize in general, we highly appreciated their kindness. It is a good location as well, but cannot walk to the main street - have to take a taxi. The whole place is very clean and proper and nice to look at. They also have a super cute cat. You can get water 24-7. The hotel is right in front of a nice beach ( but be careful, you can only swim right or left side of it, because people who ride jet skis and bananas think they own all the middle part...which really sucks, cause it is a part without any rocks, so the safest !). The room we stayed in had a see-through toilet with a curtain, which made it a but uncomfortable...good for couples but not frienfs. Also we had a view on the wall from the window so not really beautiful.

Friendly staff and personalised service. While off season when we stayed, the Kenting region has a lot of mega resort hotels and 710 boutique style is very pleasant alternative. Cant compare to other guest houses but it is clean, tidy, and quirky style.
Initially we thought there was no hot water but hosts informed us to wait at least 10mins for water to become hot for a shower. It did but such a waste of water was very hard to do. Breakfast was pleasant and good value. Could benefit from soap for hand washing I bathroom (only on-wall shower gel provided).
