The place gives a very homey feeling. It is just next to the bus stop and the beach. The lady who owns the place is super nice.
I really do not remember anything specifically. The only thing was that the bed wasn't very stable.

The place is located on the second row, between the beach and the main street (where the night market takes place every evening). It is very quiet.
This is a family run hotel, the owners are very nice and are always happy to help. Every morning they bring a super fresh breakfast from the nearby catering. The food is of excellent quality. The beach intended for swimming is 10 minutes walk away.
All the facilities are OK, the WiFi signal is good.
I would recommend this place to everyone. If we happen to come to Kenting again, we would be happy to be there again.

I had a comfortable stay in Kenting Garden Homestay. Mandy and her family were helpful and nice. I could contact her via WhatsApp for anything and she’d respond quickly. She even provided different breakfast per my request. The room had everything I needed (one thing to note is that the WiFi is only available when the TV is on). They also have free water dispenser. The homestay is right beside the night market and close to good restaurants, beaches, and 7 elevan. The Kenting Express bus stop is 3 mins away.

Mandy was awesome! Her English is very good and she was very warm and welcoming!
Her Homestay is a block off the very busy night markets and is surprisingly quiet.
The breakfasts were excellent, crepes danbing, radish cakes, omlettes, fresh fruit plates. She changed it up each day.

Perfect location—just 10 minutes from a small beach and 3 minutes from the main beach and park. The night market is right around the corner, yet we didn’t hear any noise from the main street. The rooms were spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly, and a special thanks to Mandy for her wonderful hospitality!

Directly between the seaside and the nightmarket. Breakfast bento box served at the room. Nice, familiar, friendly and quiet. A very comfortable staying.

The location was good near the main street and the bus stop, it was also near to the beach. The owner and staff were very friendly, and they arranger alternative breakfast for our kids who are not used to the kind of breakfast they served.
Our kids were playing loudly late in the evening and it caused some trouble to other guests (maybe the walls were a bit thin).
