Fabulous staff—so very helpful with directions and even picking us up on scooter when we got off the Kenting Express bus at the wrong location. (And we couldn’t connect to our Uber App) Dora also helped us rent a scooter.
Great location. Down the road from the “main street”, where there are lots of restaurants and the ubiquitous 7-Eleven. The hotel is far enough that we didn’t hear the noise from the Night Market but close enough to walk.
Very clean bedroom and bathroom.
The beach is at the front, but there’s no swimming here because of the strong undertow. You’d have to rent a car or scooter to visit the snorkeling/swimming areas.

Booked room which have great sea views and rooms are accessible via lift. There is a self-service 24-hour laundry shop just a few steps from the hotel. Short walkable distance to Kenting main street and night market.
Staffs in front desk very nice & helpful.
No breakfast was provided but got breakfast shop same row with the hotel or can go to Kenting main street, there got few breakfast shop.

Excellent location, friendly staff, great view
Bathroom could have been cleaner and when relaxing with balcony door open very frequent smoke from other rooms who were out smoking was unpleasant.

It’s not as clean ?! Def a better job will be nicer. The rooms feel a bit claustrophobic and are in need of a refresh.

Pretty standard rooms. They are exactly as pictured. Super close to bus stop and night market. There is also a coin laundromat next door. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

the room is normal, and shower room is slightly small for our consider size of 4. Breakfast variety is limited.

staff were very warm and helpful. they would also check in on guests daily to ensure the stay is well addressed. view from the balcony is also great, and you can hear the sea from the balcony. beach and night market are within walking distance.

In spite of the "This hotel does not have a parking" mention on my Booking reservation document the receptionist gave me instructions on how to drive around the building where he was waiting for me (it was raining cats and dogs). He guided me to a big parking close to the hotel and he gave me an A4 format plasified sheet to leave on the dashboard. Free parking. Above expectation, thus. I had planned to park our car on a private parking some distance away. Very friendly and helpful people at the reception desk. The room was recently refurbished, the nice turquoise color on the walls was almost spotless.
Balcony with table and chairs. Amazing view over Kenting Beach. The hotel has a back door leading to the parking and the main street which becomes a busy night market from 17:00 to 23:00 on most days. Just facing the front entrance a nice wooden bridge will lead you to the beach nearby. Perfect!
A second key (card) would be nice.

Great location, few second to the Kengting main street, easy shopping, thanks to hoster prepare the glasses for our drink.
Great location is also has its price, the concert near by is too high, drump beatting all the night.

The hotelier is very nice and warm, and the location is near to Kenting street, my family and friends really relaxed and had a great vacation!
