it was really close to the Kenting Main Street and close to convenient stores at walking distance. the view of the rooms were really good. offered free umbrellas to use. and there was a microwave and elevator my mother in law who was in a wheel chair.
the strong winds at night made it difficult to sleep.

Location is great. We walked to the night market at night.
The room we stayed in ha a big balcony and we enjoyed sitting outside and watching the sunset.
The booking.com photos and features didn't match the room we booked. Fortunitly the receptionist was very accomidating and changed the room for us. I would recommend that the guesthouse fix this on booking.com

It was like honesty store in Batanes where you can just get and put back the room access card. It's kinda self service.
I didn't get a chance to meet the owner.

Very nice and big room. We were late for check in, but I got a message that we could pick-up the key at the desk. Very easy and good arrangement. Location is very nice, not in the crowded and noisy area but still only few minutes walk.
The roof terrace was not really a place to sit and enjoy the sun. It was more a kind of facility place.

The room is comfortable and the view over the farmlands is great .
I stayed for 4 nights.
The owner is not present on the property at night. This means that guests are left to their own devices.
The first night some guests had a massive party.
The next night there was a lot of noise and I was woken by a woman screaming and shouting, frantically rattling my door, to realize she had the wrong room when I opened the door.
Every night there were loud guests. This is not the owners fault, however having someone present on the property at night would help.
The owners dont speak English, so although leave a contact number if needed at night, this could be complicated for a foreigner.
Furthermore, there was construction happening everyday and I was woken every morning at 8 with hammering on the roof.

Nice big room with a compfortable bed. In the bathroom there was a huge bathtub. We had three wonderful nights there.
The bathroom and the balcony could have been a little bit cleaner.
