1. Great Location (3 mins walk to Kenting Main Street where Bus Stations and lot of Eateries are available)
2. Peaceful Environment during Winter time (December)
3. Big and comfy beds for Double Room
4. Excellent Wi-Fi for each floor
5. Clean and big bathroom
6. Nice Balcony with panorama sea view at the highest floor 4/F
7. Hot water is available anytime for use in Bathroom
8. Simple Check-In and Check-Out processes due to non-peak period
9. One-time Toothbrush and toothpaste are available but not recommended to use due to unenvironmentally friendliness
1. No Lift so you have to walk up by stairs with your luggages
2. No hanging facilities inside the bathroom
3. No Microwave/Toaster in the room but Microwave at G/F for DIY breakfast
4. Only 4 hangers in the wardrobe are available by default. Need to ask for more if required.
5. No washing machine and detergents, need hand wash
6. Physical key but not key card is provided
7. Noise from other rooms can be easily heard
8. No breakfast is included
9. TV is small compared with the room size

Good view of the ocean (top floor), affordability, located close to bus stop and lots of restaurants.

Great location, quiet street just behind the noisy and overrated market street.
The sea view from the fourth floor, I was lucky.
The little sofa wasn't comfortable at all.
Just two chairs on the small balcony, no table.

Good bang for the buck, very close to the night market.
As a motel, there are no services on site. No restaurant or kitchen, but there is a dining table in the lobby if you order uber bring take out.

Close to beach.
Close to main street with night market
Clean room (i saw complains of other guests about cleanness, so i checked the room right after check-in, ready to complain and ask for clean room or refund, but room was clean, all ok).
Breeds are ok, not too soft not too hard
There is no lift, you need to walk the stairs.
No problem for me, but be aware.
