Exceptional
The reception staff were so lovely and helpful. They were always happy to help. The villa was nice with a great swimming pool and hot tub.
The only thing I didn’t like was there deer farm. They look very depressed in small enclosures. This really needs to be closed down for good and the poor animals need to be sent to a sanctuary with space to roam. This isn’t the 1980s…

Villa was very nice and spacious. Jacuzzi and private pool were great. There was very friendly personnel!
Location was in a big hotel, not a separate villa. Very sad to see how the deer were standing in very tiny concrete cages. Animal harassment ?

It was the perfect location for the Ironman race and is super close to the night market. The hotel is a bit old but clean and comfortable. The food was fine and the staff very helpful and friendly.
The walls between rooms were a bit flimsy because reasonable noise from the next room could be heard The lighting in the villa we stayed in was dim in general, particular the living room

Damp mouldy smell in unit Gate people don’t give right directions how to get to villas, you tell them we are in the villas but still send you to main lobby, very frustrating checking in and moving the car from car park to carpark

The Breakfast is very acceptable and the service is very friendly
The breakfast is typical of a large hotel in Taiwan. Staying at the Villa part of the hotel you will get a special service as you are seated in a special section with its own small buffet. You still have access to the large buffet outside as well.

The place: nice hotel, bedroom, next to beach and Kenting street for night market. Good service! We will back again ;-)
We had to change room because some issues with the swimming pool. But finally, we got a nice room to replace and no impact on our holidays.

I like the privacy and the attention you get from the staff. Parking is super convenient the hotel is very close to the beach and not far from town
I find it an absolute disgrace that they make every person wear plastic throw away gloves on the buffet. Everyone knows that this is not how the virus travels. It is complete nonsense and just adds to a very high carbon footprint that a hotel this size already has. WAKE UP

They allow dogs inside the room.
The bed was so uncomfortable, floor or bed frame (I am not sure which one) keep squeaking everytime we move so didn't sleep very well. Also the staff keep calling to the room to ask about breakfast option was not very customer friendly. We were resting and had to wake up several times to take the call.

The self-contained villa was spacious enough for 2 and had a nice outdoor area for relaxing, sun bathing and cooling off in the mini pool. The staff were friendly, hospitable and always on hand when needed. The property itself is easy enough to get to and close to the road for ease of access to the local area.
The outside of the villa was overlooked by hotel bedrooms and there was very little natural light in the villa itself. It was also lacking a view of the beautiful coastline, which would have been great, especially at sunset. Did we have a nice time? Yes! Would we rush back here next time? Just maybe!

Our villa was so much better than expected. Our two boys and our dog really enjoyed it. The staff went out of their way to make our trip exceptional.
The gym facilities were outdated and not even a separate room.
