right off main street but very quiet.
The place is very run-down. The furniture is old, outdated, partly broken. The bathroom is very moldy. The aircon gives off a weird smell.

I like it coz it's our own cabin, it's spacious, and it had free parking - we were able to park the car right in front of our cabin. It's very close to the Kenting Street so it's convenient for food and shopping. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. There was free laundry available.
The bed was a little hard, there was no separation for the dry and wet in the bathroom, there was some bugs.

This was our fourth of fifth time staying here and it's become our home away from home in Kenting. The place is really well positioned next to the night market and within walking distance to Dawan beach.
A few of the floor boards in our unit were a little loose, but other than that, everything was great.

Big rooms, strong airco, good shower and beds. Small veranda in front with view on hills. Car can be parked right in front of room. Very close to night market, but far enough to not hear it.
Very noisy if you have noisy neighbours, but airco drowns out much of the sound. Pictures in the site do not match reality, It is kind of difficult to find since the location does not match google maps so we have to call reception to get on the right spot.

Hard to find the location.. Google location is totally wrong. Spent at least 45mins finding and asking around. WiFi signal keep breaking.

The staff was very friendly. Location was great for buses, night market and National Forest access.
Neighbors were noisy and animals (birds and cats) climbed on the roof and played at sunrise.

It's located very close to the main street were it's colorful at night during the night market period. And it's on a small alley so that is quiet enough. Very spacious, and there is plenty of space for the car to do no need to worry of you drive here.
Maybe should be good to have fans available in the future so that it is not a most tho turn on ac.

We like the property for its location. The size of the family and space in front of the property. its queit even though its very near the night market.
I would like to hv cups to make hot coffee instead of the plastic cups provided. its nice to hv a cup of coffee whn you are sitting outside. The cats

Big room and toilet size. Personal parking space. Friendly and helpful staffs. Awesome service.
Flooring is old. Some parts are loose broken. Dangerous for kids if they like to jump on the ground.
