1) room, bathrooms were clean and smells fresh.
2) bedsheets, pillow covers were clean and fresh.
3) ac is working properly.
4) drinking water dispenser is available 24 hours.
5) free car parking is available.
6) for barbeque best place, we can cook outside and have meal together.
1) whatever the facilities they are providing it is okay but money is a bit expensive for these facilities.
2) Resort is not as like photos, there is no swimming pool. Just a 2 feet water small pond, need to maintenance.

Good location as it is situated in a quiet spot within easy access of shops, and the room comes with a fridge.

An older building. A bit outdated. There was an effort to keep it clean. Reality was not as nice as the photos. Swimming pools small, a few strokes crossed the pool. It was about 50 cm depth not suitable for adults! There were debris in the pool such as leaves and dirts. There were no chairs in the room except a stool.The cover for air conditioner was hanging off the conditioner. There was a hole in the only window in the room. The window was in the bathroom. Mosquitoes came in the room through the hole which I plugged with toilet paper. Location was quiet.

I enjoyed the location and over all ambience. The time of year its a bit quiet. I will come back next season for sure.

Very nice room with balcony. Air con and tv great. Shower hot.
It’s a little bit of a walk to the main strip but not overly distant. Pool wasn’t open was told it was ‘too cold’. To be fair they did advise me of this. The iron work is a bit rusty.

Nice location near the market as well as nature. Spacious room. There is a tiny swimming pool.

It was okay, around 10 minutes walk to the night markets. The pool was way smaller then on the photos ? but everything was good

Quiet location, nice host. Good price for the value. Spacious room size for 2 people.
Bed sheets and towels smells too strong with disinfectant agent.
