The place is convenient specially in the convenient stores, near recreational areas and night market. Good for people looking for a quiet place. Also, laopan is very accomodating will surely book again??

The location was very good — slightly off the main road, which made it quieter, yet still within walking distance of a large beach, a bus stop, and the night market. The road leading to the property also had a beautiful, clear view of the mountains, which was a nice bonus.
We were upgraded to a room in another property about 2 minutes away because the original room was scheduled for a deep cleaning, so I can’t really comment much on the original accommodation itself. However, the room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable overall.
We didn’t really need any assistance during our stay, so we didn’t interact much with the hosts, but everything went smoothly and without any issues.
There was a bit of a damp or moldy smell.

I like the room.spacious for 7 people. The location is all walking distance from the night market and the beach (maybe 10 minutes walk)

Great location and great staff! walkable to all nearby things and able to rent scooters nearby.
The bathrooms were not as expected and was just a simple shower head and I thought it would be an overhead showerhead but for the price it was great.

The attic room for 6-8 people was bright with big windows having a sliver ocean view during the day. The view out the back side was even better of the nearby mountain. Beds were clean and fresh feeling in winter.
Although walls have been painted and updates made, the furniture was worn and some things needing repaired or replaced. The bathroom windows would not open leaving the bathroom damp all night, we just kept the door shut. And though they charge guests for smoking, the staff seemed to face no prohibitions. The hallways always smelled of smoke.

The location is great and it’s very mold free for any of the allergic types. The rooms are very clean and spacious on the second floor. And in the early AM you can walk on the country road and take in amazing views.
Our price was good so it’s hard to find something we didn’t like or mind.

A little Bit Out of the Center (10 min walk), very quote area. ,which ist good, because kenting is very touristic. The place was very spaceious and Clean. The stuff was very friendly! I would recommend, very good CP-value
