Booking 3 rooms were on 3 different floors not next to each other. The lower level of the room doesn't have the pretty view as advertised.
Web site could work on the description make it more clear.

We like the layout of the breakfast room with nice nature lights, it is very Welcoming. The food choice is wide and fresh.
We had to across the street to the breakfast room, we wish there is a pedestrian across area for the safety of your customer.

Breakfast is as good as usual. Location is good and room is clean.
It is stupid to ask the customers to use the auto-check-in machine which 100% requires the employee's help to use.

Please do not stay here. We stayed here for two nights and were put in the standard room that was across from the main hotel, and after we left, we had red bites all over our legs that looked exactly like bed bug bites. The room was old and it didn't feel very clean, with towels fraying from extended use and holes in the pillow cases, so I guess we shouldn't be surprised that the hotel had bed bugs :( We had a lot of anxiety after the trip trying to make sure we didn't bring bed bugs home, cleaning and washing everything that was taken out in the hotel, and suffered from super itchy bites. Don't make the mistake we did! P.S. I also contacted the hotel about the bed bug issue and did not receive a reply. Super irresponsible!

For that price very good hotel in great place. You can easily walk to main area by the river (Music center). Very good bar with wonderful drinks nearby (Arthouse). Beside the hotel is possible to park a car with no additional fee.

Lobby’s common area great for group conversation. There is a big table to have a casual dining experience. Good decent breakfast.

We arrived at night by taxi and my daughter left her cell phone in the cab. The hotel staff were able to contact the taxi company and assist to retrieve the phone. The view from the breakfast room is lovely, and the food they serve is delicious.

Walking-distance to Gushan Ferry Pier Station (to Qi Jin island), 5-min, and to Sizihwan/Hamasen station (to City), 15-min. It is very convenient to explore Kaohsiung with public transport. Taiwanese-style breakfast is very good. Parking lot is next to the new building (碧港良居-The Harbour). It might be fully occupied in the evening, so don't drive here too late.

The staff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and with a nice balcony view of the city and the port. the breakfast was really good. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The bed was extremely comfortable. The lobby and the breakfast room were cozy, clean and equipped with all necessary things to have a good time. They offer access to free washing machine and clothes dryer. Watermark hotel offers a great value and I can definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kaohsiung.
I found no flaws.
